About us
EnviroSense Monitoring provides indoor environment monitoring, alerts and reporting for care homes, schools, offices and rented properties in the UK.
This website
This website is for information. The prices shown are a guide and do not form an offer or contract. Any monitoring service, including a pilot, is provided under a separate written agreement confirmed before work begins. We do not take payments through this website.
Our services
- installing and configuring sensor units and a hub
- continuous monitoring of CO₂, temperature, humidity, light and occupancy
- email alerts, a secure online dashboard and monthly reports
- support and replacement of faulty equipment
Equipment remains the property of EnviroSense Monitoring unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Client dashboard
Access is given to email addresses you approve. Please keep access to your email account secure and tell us when someone should no longer have access.
Information, not a safety system
Readings, alerts and recommendations are provided for information to help you manage your building. They do not replace your own checks, fire or safety systems, or professional advice. Alerts depend on power and internet connections and may occasionally be delayed or missed.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any service is limited to the fees paid for that service in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
The content of this website and our report formats belong to EnviroSense Monitoring. Sensor data collected in your building belongs to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
