Founding client rate
For our first five clients: the Standard plan for £99 a month with £599 installation, with the price fixed for 12 months. In return, we ask for honest feedback.

The sensors and hub stay ours. If anything fails, we replace it at no cost.

Findings and recommendations, benchmarked against CIBSE guidance.
Support from a real person
Questions about your readings go straight to the engineer who installed them.
Optional extra: an annual compliance report, a year-end summary for inspections and audits, £249 per site per year.
Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Larger buildings and multiple sites are quoted after a site visit.
